- Choose a Single-JHA HASP if all hazards and control measures are the same for all site tasks, operations, and locations covered by the HASP. Single-JHA HASPs are usually used for simple sites with limited hazards or for limited task-specific HASPs.
- Chose a Multiple-JHA HASP if there are different hazards and control measures needed for the tasks, operations, and locations covered by the HASP. Multiple-JHA HASPs are the most common type of HASP.
